Driving Compliance, in partnership with Squire Sanders Hammonds is pleased to offer users access to the following, value-added services:

Transport policy audit services

Whilst the material within Driving Compliance has been designed to cater for users who wish to design and implement their own at-work driving policies and procedures, we recognise that some users may have a requirement for more tailored assessments and the creation of more complex material.

For these users, Squire Sanders Hammonds will offer a fixed price package which will include the evaluation of current arrangements and the provision of a report highlighting areas for change/improvement. Where users wish to commission the Hammonds team to produce tailored policies and procedures based on the findings contained in the report, they will enjoy the benefit of a 15% discount on Squire Sanders Hammonds normal rates.

24/7 helpline

In order to provide an enhanced service to senior administrators and directors, users can access a 24/7 Helpline which will provide a free initial consultation over the telephone. Users who subsequently instruct Squire Sanders Hammonds to carry out work on their behalf will receive a 15% discount on Squire Sanders Hammonds normal rates.

Access to Squire Sanders Hammonds seminars

Senior administrators within user companies and organisations will have the opportunity to attend free seminars and events organised by Squire Sanders Hammonds.

Technical bulletins and information

In addition to the wealth of information already within the Driving Compliance system, we will be working with Squire Sanders Hammonds to bring users the most up-to-date information on issues and developments affecting at-work driving exposures, drawn from the highly authoritative material being produced by the Squire Sanders Hammonds team.
