Former Qatar Insurance Co. CFO/CIO Sandeep Nanda joins Matrix to lead Asia Markets drive – Q2/24
After a 17 year stint with QIC Group, the parent company of Qatar Re and Antares, Sandeep Nanda joins Matrix to lead a push into the Asia territories.

Previously Sandeep oversaw QICs journey from an Emerging Market Insurance company to a global world leader, influencing the growth of Insurance premiums to over $3.5Bn and a “15X” growth in Invested assets.
Sandeep led M&A for the group and managed a multi asset and multi-jurisdictional investment portfolio of over $5Bn.
With over 20 years of experience at very top levels of international insurance, Sandeep will provide further robustness to the Matrix team in delivering structured credit solutions for top tier counterparties.
At Matrix Sandeep Nanda will lead the drive towards growing access to Asian Markets and also provide support towards existing opportunities.
